Erica epitomizes professionalism, commitment, knowledge and extraordinary service with each transaction. Erica is a native Baltimorean and started her real estate career in 1997 when she founded ELS Property Management, Inc. She enthusiastically made the transition into real estate sales in 2005 with the passion and commitment of raising the bar in professionalism and becoming an industry leader while protecting the consumers ’interest.
Erica serves on various National, State and Local Boards and committees and has received numerous awards (National Association of REALTORS: Leadership Academy graduate 2015, Maryland REALTORS awards: Shining Star Award – 2006, Leadership Academy graduate 2008, Greater Baltimore Board of REALTORS: Rookie of the Year 2009, Distinguished Sales Associate 2018) for her commitment and outstanding service to the real estate industry as well as her sales production. Erica is an active member of various National professional organizations and currently serves the Vice Chair for NAR Global Business Council Forums, NAR Federal Political Coordinator, NAR Inspire Mentorship Program, President of FIABCI-USA DC/Mid-Atlantic Council, Treasurer of AREAA DC Metro Chapter, past Chair and current member for the Maryland REALTORS® Global Business Committee and past Chair of the CIPS Institute Sub-committee, Board member of the Asian Real Estate Association of America DC Metro Chapter, a three-term member of the National Association of REALTORS Affordable Housing Committee, a member of FIABCI since 2018.
Erica served on the FIABCI-USA DC/Mid-Atlantic Council Reboot Group and was elected President of the Council in 2020. She attended her first Global Business Summit meeting in Bali, Indonesia (2018), attended the semi-annual meetings, played an intricate part in organizing the Meet the President Event (November 2019), the First Annual Member Appreciation Holiday Happy Hour and Fund Raiser, the seminar on The Fundamentals of Working with International Buyers, the 4th Monday Happy Hour, the Memorial Day Happy Hour, collaborated with industry professionals in obtaining sponsorship funds for events, attended the Chicago Midwest Council Going Global event (2019), served on the FIABCI Prix d’Excellence Committee (2019) and attended the Grand Prix at High Tea event in San Francisco (2019) and attended various council events for the FIABCI-USA New York, and successful recruited new members to the DC/Mid-Atlantic Council and a current member of the Maryland REALTORS Finance Committee.
Erica is the past President and of the Baltimore Chapter of Women’s Council of REALTORS, she’s a past Board Member of the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), she’s the past chair of the Maryland REALTORS Annual Conference Committee (2012), Member of the Learn to Succeed Real Estate Conference & Expo for Belgrade, Serbia and recently (2020) appointed as a Board Member to the Bethel Empowerment and Wellness Center.
Erica has earned the following Designations and Certifications: CIPS, CRS, NAR Green, At Home with Diversity, e-Pro, Short Sale and Foreclosure Specialist, Real Estate Negotiation Expert and Military. Erica continues to be a major donor to RPAC and a member of the President’s Circle.
Erica enjoys traveling internationally, participating in 5k races, re-designing floor plans, remodeling and reading mystery novels. Volunteering with Habitat for Humanity during the NAR Annual Conferences. She has a gift for connecting with people and an extraordinary flare for fashion.
